Our cleaning service and maintenance staff do their utmost to prepare the apartments in the best possible way for you. If you notice any defects after check-in, please kindly report them during office hours so that we can address the issue as quickly as possible for your comfort.
In case of a serious failure, e.g., heating, water and sewage network, or other urgent circumstances, please contact us immediately by phone at +48 511 813 055. If contacting outside office hours (9:30 AM - 5:00 PM), press “0” on the telephone switchboard to connect with the staff member on duty.
Reservations can be made through our website www.lion-apartments.pl, by phone at +48 511 813 055 (from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM) or by email at sopot@lion-aprtments.pl.
To make a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required, payable within 24 hours of receiving our preliminary confirmation. For "last minute" bookings, a 100% deposit is required.
The remaining amount for the reservation is paid the day before arrival via a payment link sent by the reception, or the payment is automatically charged to the card on the day of arrival. This depends on the payment method selected when making the reservation.
Cancellation policy - the exact cancellation conditions can be found in your booking confirmation. Usually, a reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. In this case, after you cancel, the deposit will be refunded. "Last minute" and "special deals" reservations are non-refundable.
The deposit refund is made within 7 days after cancellation. After this time, the transfer will be credited to your account.
In most of our apartments, remote check-in is available, so there is no need to visit our reception. In the case of a few apartments, key collection takes place at the entrance near the office located at 50 Grunwaldzka Street in Sopot. Our standard check-in time starts at 4:00 PM. Please kindly contact us the day before arrival to arrange the check-in time.
Late check-ins outside office hours are handled as self-check-in. The reception will provide you with self-check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
Early check-in is only possible upon confirmation of apartment availability the day before the start of the stay.
If guests do not arrange an extension of their stay with the reception and do not check out by 11:00, a penalty equal to an additional night's stay will be charged according to the current rate in the price list. This fee is non-negotiable.
We are required to collect the Sopot City spa tax from Guests amounting to 6.38 PLN per person per day.
To meet your expectations, in some larger apartments it is possible to add an extra bed upon guests' request. The cost of preparing an extra bed for an additional person is 150 PLN per night. To check availability, please contact our team at +48 511 813 055.
Each of our Apartments is equipped with high-quality hotel bedding and towels. Wireless WI-FI network is also available. To ensure you have the most comfortable and successful stay, you will find the following amenities in our Apartments:
- fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette: tableware, glasses, mugs, basic cooking accessories, electric kettle, refrigerator, hot plate
- in selected Apartments: coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster
- washing machine (in selected apartments)
- hairdryer
- television
- iron

In order to meet your expectations, during your stay with the youngest guests we can equip the Apartment with a travel cot, a high chair, and a baby bath. The cost of equipping the unit is 100 PLN per stay. To order the set, please kindly contact the reception during office hours or send an email requesting the Apartment to be equipped.
Our offer includes Apartments with elevators and on the ground floor. Detailed information can be found in the description of individual Apartments. We also encourage you to contact us by phone so that we can advise you on the selection of the appropriate Apartment.
Like you, we love animals, but due to the varied equipment of the Apartments, we only accept stays with dogs in selected facilities after confirmation with the reception. We invite you to Apartments marked with the "Dog-Friendly" label.
After a stay with a pet, we ensure that the Apartment is prepared for the next Guests and undergoes ozone treatment, therefore an additional fee of 150 PLN for the entire stay is charged for a stay with an animal.
Some of our Apartments have private parking spaces, information about which can be found in the detailed descriptions of the Apartments. For other properties, you can use the public parking spaces in the City of Sopot (paid parking zone Monday - Friday (9:00-22:00), cost 5.20 + PLN/hour) located on nearby streets or private parking lots.
We are at your disposal and will do our best to fulfill your special requests - this may include, for example, preparing a bouquet of flowers, champagne, wine, spa passes waiting for Guests in the Apartment. For this purpose, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance to arrange the details and individual pricing.
We will be happy to arrange airport transfer for you. The company we recommend will take you to your destination in the shortest possible time. Airport transfer prices:
- 150 PLN - up to 4 people
- 180 PLN - 5-8 people.
To confirm the transfer, please contact the reception and provide your flight number, arrival time, and current phone number. After confirming the transfer, the driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name and surname.

This is a completely free program that allows loyal customers using the Lion Apartments booking portal to be distinguished. The program offers opportunities to earn Reward Points, which can be used with Program Partners. Participation in the LALC program also comes with privileges and access to additional promotions and special offers not available outside the LALC program.
VIP deals and special offers will be sent to Program participants in advance, enabling them to take advantage of exclusive offers and discounts in Premium mode. Detailed information about the LALC Program can be found here.
The facilities participating in the Program are accommodation facilities marked with the appropriate note (LALC), which is visible during the service booking process on the portal: lion-apartments.pl. Additionally, the LALC status may be visible at the reception of the given facility.
Bonus points are awarded at a ratio of 20:1. For every 20 (twenty) units of the currency chosen by the customer and supported by the Portal, the Participant receives 1 (one) point. Points are credited automatically, no later than 2 days after the end of the hotel stay, but not earlier than 1 day after check-out.
A person participating in the LALC Program can use any number of currently available points under the "pay with points" option, and the discount amount can be up to 95% of the shopping cart value at one time – regardless of the currency.
You can join the LALC program online by creating an account yourself on the lion-apartments.pl Portal and joining the LALC Club, or during check-in at the reception participating in the LALC Program.
- Program participants can withdraw from the Program at any time without giving a reason. To withdraw, select the "withdraw from participation in the LALC Program" option in the logged-in user account view on the Portal.
- Withdrawal from the Program is equivalent to account termination and forfeiture of all Loyalty Points earned in the Program with no possibility to transfer them to another account.

To recover your password, please click the remind password button and enter your email address associated with your user account. After entering the data, a new access password to your user account will be sent to your email address.
Check the SPAM folder in your email inbox. Some anti-spam filters in mailboxes automatically mark such messages as SPAM. However, if you do not see the email from us in any folder, try to register again. Make sure the email address provided is correct. If you still have not received the email, contact our technical support. Please note that for some mailboxes, the email may arrive with a delay.
