This fee covers minor repair work and their supervision, as well as the replacement of worn equipment such as: tightening sockets, replacing light bulbs, remote control batteries, replacing pans, cutting boards, or broken tableware, annual washing of upholstery (sofa, curtains), replacement of vacuum cleaner bag filters, ventilation filters, and the presence of our staff during chimney inspections, furnace checks, etc.

We operate dynamically and modify prices daily. This allows us to maximize revenue and occupancy in your apartment. We take into account factors such as current occupancy in the Tricity area, season, day of the week, weather conditions, ongoing events, and holidays. At your request, we can implement price barriers.
