The location provides quick access to the forest and walking trails, and at the same time it is about a 20–25 minute walk to the beach and Monte Cassino. A great starting point for exploring the entire Tri-City area.

The entrance to the garage meets all current construction standards, however, in our opinion, it may be slightly difficult for larger cars due to the relatively small turning radius. We recommend exercising caution when maneuvering.
