TERMS OF RESERVATION
The Family apartment PORTO 3 (max. 4 people) captivates guests with modern and functional decor in a perfect location in the center of Sopot. The apartment is equipped with everything to feel comfortable away from home - comfortable double bed in a bright bedroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, kitchenette, dining table and modern bathroom with shower, balcony.
The advantage of PORTO is undoubtedly the location - the apartment is located on the first floor (elevator) of a new tenement house in Sopot style, just 350m from the famous "MONCIAKA" and MOLO. The beach is accessible by a pleasant 4-minute walk (numerous restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors).
The apartment has one parking space on the fenced property.
Just opposite the building is the famous Thai THAI MAI Thai massage salon and a grocery store. The modern SOPOT CENTER (Dworzec PKP) with a passage of a world cuisine restaurant and CITY FIT gym is 250 m away Apartment guests also have dedicated discounts at the SHERATON HOTEL SPA for treatments as well as entry to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna area.

KEY PICKUP takes place at our office at Grunwaldzka 50, Sopot. Guests arriving after 5pm will receive self check-in instruction from our Staff.

Jednym z niewątpliwych atutów Porto jest lokalizacja. Położony w ścisłym centrum pozwala na korzystanie z uroków miasta i plaż bez zbędnego podróżowania. Kilka minut piechotą dzieli studio od słynnego Monciaka, sopockiego molo, plaży, a co za tym idzie od licznych restauracji, kawiarni, sklepów, teatrów i pasaży.
1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations can be made 24/7 through our website www.lion-apartments.pl or by phone during office operating hours: 10:00am - 5pm, Monday-Sunday

Reservation is guaranteed by advance payment of 30% total reservation amount made within 24h of booking. In the event of lack of payment the reservation will be automatically canceled. The remaining amount should be paid no later than on the day of the arrival In case of "Last Minute"or “Non-Refundable” reservations - made 24h prior to the day of arrival, full amount of reservation is required at the time of booking.
Lion Apartments accepts payments in cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers and polish tourist vouchers “Polski Bon Turystyczny”.
All payments must be made in local currency - polish zlotys.
3. CHANGES, CANCELATIONS AND NO ARRIVAL
Standard/Flexible reservations: The reservation can be canceled or changed free of charge 14 days prior to the arrival date. All changes are subject to availability and must be confirm by Lion Apartments team. In case of cancellation 14 days prior to the arrival date 30% prepayment is returned to the indicated bank account after cancelation notice. No changes and cancelations are accepted later than 14 days prior to the arrival date. In this case 30% prepayment is nonrefundable. In case Guests fail to arrive without cancelling the reservation, Lion Apartments is entitled to process full payment for the reservation.
Last Minute/ Non Refundable reservations: Full payment is processed at the time of reservation. No cancellations, amendments, changes or refunds are accepted on these reservations.
1. KEY PICK UP
Key pick up and check-in takes place at our office, Sopot, ul. Grunwaldzka 50.
Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and pay the remaining amount for the reservation upon check in.
2. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is by 11am.
Requests for an early check-in and check-out are based on availability and must be confirmed with the Lion Apartments team one day before arrival/departure.
Guests arriving after office hours (11am-5pm) are asked to provide prior notice to the Lion Apartments team (at least one day before arrival) in order to receive self check-in instructions, which are sent via text message (SMS) or via e-mail. The keys can be collected from key boxes located outside our office (Grunwaldzka 50, Sopot).
Late check-out/Extension of stay – please contact Lion Apartments team as soon as possible so that we can confirm the availability.
Not leaving the apartment until 11am on the departure day will results in an additional fee of 50 PLN for each hour until 1 pm. Starting 1 pm, the current daily rate will be charged.
3. NEED AN INVOICE FOR YOUR STAY?
Guests who wish to receive an invoice are required to report such information and provide company details (including tax identification number) at the time of the booking and payment. Current tax legislation will not allow us to issue an invoice in a later time.
