The Capri Apartments is located in a quiet part of downtown Sopot in historic tenement house, away from the hustle of busy and crowded Monte Cassino street. Just around the corner within 200m walk there is a beach with a restaurant passage and alleys leading to the famous Pier. Nearby park is an advantage for active visitors.
Guest have at their disposal spacious and tastefully furnished living room, where there is a comfortable (fold-out) sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining corner.
Bright bedroom with a view of the park, has a double bed and an extra sofa with the option of additional sleeping for one person.
While visiting Sopot, don’t miss BAR Przystan where the famous "fisherman's soup" is served and the Italian restaurant Tesoro offering the best pizza in the city! For Guest looking for a relaxation we recommend visiting SPA’s at one of the luxury hotels nearby.

Spokojna i zaciszna okolica dolnego Sopotu, gdzie po wyjściu z apartamentu do morza jest zaledwie 200 m. W pobliżu park oraz sopockie alejki na leniwe spacery lub poranny jogging w kierunku Gdyni lub Gdańska. W niedalekiej okolicy znajdują się najbardziej popularne sopockie restauracje BAR Przystań z rozsławioną "zupą rybaka" oraz Restauracja włoska Tesoro z najlepszą pizzą w mieście! Do słynnego "Monciaka", Goście apartamentu Capri dotrą spacerem w ok 10-15 min. W okolicy luksusowe hotele ze strefami SPA i Wellness.
1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations can be made 24/7 through our website www.lion-apartments.pl or by phone during office operating hours: 10:00am - 5pm, Monday-Sunday

Reservation is guaranteed by advance payment of 30% total reservation amount made within 24h of booking. In the event of lack of payment the reservation will be automatically canceled. The remaining amount should be paid no later than on the day of the arrival In case of "Last Minute"or “Non-Refundable” reservations - made 24h prior to the day of arrival, full amount of reservation is required at the time of booking.
2. PAYMENTLion Apartments accepts payments in cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers and polish tourist vouchers “Polski Bon Turystyczny”.
All payments must be made in local currency - polish zlotys.
3. CHANGES, CANCELATIONS AND NO ARRIVAL
Standard/Flexible reservations: The reservation can be canceled or changed free of charge 14 days prior to the arrival date. All changes are subject to availability and must be confirm by Lion Apartments team. In case of cancellation 14 days prior to the arrival date 30% prepayment is returned to the indicated bank account after cancelation notice. No changes and cancelations are accepted later than 14 days prior to the arrival date. In this case 30% prepayment is nonrefundable. In case Guests fail to arrive without cancelling the reservation, Lion Apartments is entitled to process full payment for the reservation.
Last Minute/ Non Refundable reservations: Full payment is processed at the time of reservation. No cancellations, amendments, changes or refunds are accepted on these reservations.
1. KEY PICK UP
Key pick up and check-in takes place at our office, Sopot, ul. Grunwaldzka 50.
Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and pay the remaining amount for the reservation upon check in.

2. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is by 11am.
Requests for an early check-in and check-out are based on availability and must be confirmed with the Lion Apartments team one day before arrival/departure.
Guests arriving after office hours (11am-5pm) are asked to provide prior notice to the Lion Apartments team (at least one day before arrival) in order to receive self check-in instructions, which are sent via text message (SMS) or via e-mail. The keys can be collected from key boxes located outside our office (Grunwaldzka 50, Sopot).
Late check-out/Extension of stay – please contact Lion Apartments team as soon as possible so that we can confirm the availability.
Not leaving the apartment until 11am on the departure day will results in an additional fee of 50 PLN for each hour until 1 pm. Starting 1 pm, the current daily rate will be charged.

3. NEED AN INVOICE FOR YOUR STAY?
Guests who wish to receive an invoice are required to report such information and provide company details (including tax identification number) at the time of the booking and payment. Current tax legislation will not allow us to issue an invoice in a later time.
